Annika Månsson founded Happy at Work in 2008 with the aim of responding to the growing need for greater balance in our professional lives. In an increasingly complex and uncertain world, Happy at Work supports individuals and businesses in developing their resources and fulfilling their potential. Happy at Work provides coaching and training services based on a range of concepts and tools, including positive psychology and Scandinavian concepts that focus on the importance of job satisfaction for both businesses and individuals.

A pioneer in the field of coaching and leadership
Annika Månsson has built up more than 10 years’ experience in a wide range of multicultural sectors in more than 12 countries. Thanks to her work in one-on-one coaching and facilitation of groups of as many as 500 people, Annika has gained a global reputation as a coach, trainer and speaker.
Since 2005, she has worked as a consultant, coach and trainer in Switzerland and around the world in a variety of fields, including leadership, interpersonal and intercultural communication, team cohesion and performance, emotional intelligence and career transition.
Annika holds a Master’s degree in marketing and is a qualified coach and certified practitioner in MBTI® (Myers & Briggs Type Indicator), Belbin®, NLP and Prosci change management. A Swedish national, she works in partnership with her sister Annelie Månsson, a consultant and trainer based in Sweden. Both are supported by a network of consultants and coaches who share the same vision and values.
Annika is also the cofounder and editor of Managerama TV, an online resource for managers and HR professionals, and worked for 15 years at Danone group, where she held a range of managerial positions for the Evian brand, largely in the areas of marketing and communications.
Annika’s clients particularly appreciate her positive energy, commitment and practical approach to working with others. She currently divides her time between her office in Geneva, her home in France and her forest smallholding in Sweden, where she runs a logging business.
